Pearled Couscous with Roasted Vegetables

A colorful and seasoned blend of fully cooked pearled couscous, strips of roasted red onions, diced and roasted red bell pepper, sliced cherry tomatoes, diced and roasted zucchini, roasted mushroom slices, diced garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, basil, sea salt, and black pepper.

Chef Tip!
Toss together a fully cooked & cooled serving with spring mix and a light vinaigrette.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
Microwave

Place 16 ounces of product in microwave safe container. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 –3 minutes, stir product and return to the microwave for an addition 1-3 minutes, or until product reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F

Stove top

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of water and 16 ounces of product to skillet. Stir and cover. Cook for 6 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165°F , stirring often.
