Organic Quinoa (Water, Organic White Quinoa, Organic Red Quinoa) Carrots, Organic Butternut Squash, Organic Kale, Onions, Sweet Potatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Onion Powder.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
Stovetop
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

HEAT a large (14-in.) non-stick skillet over HIGH heat. ADD 1 bag (2.5 lbs) of frozen product to skillet with 3/4 cup water. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes or until temperature registers 165F, stirring occasionally.

Microwave
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

Place 1 lb (about 4 cups) into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165F. Stir before serving.
