Our twist on the classic side! We’ve mixed cilantro lime rice with red onion, fire roasted corn and red bell pepper to really amp up the flavor!
Cooked White Rice (Water, Rice), Cooked Saffron Rice (Water, Rice, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Saffron, Turmeric), Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Carrots, Garlic, Olive Oil, Green Onions, Sea Salt, Black Pepper
Heat a large (14-in.) skillet over HIGH heat. Add 1 bag (2.5 lbs) of frozen product to skillet with 3/4 cup water. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165°F, stirring occasionally.
Place 1 lb. (about 3 1/2 cups) of frozen product into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165°F, stirring halfway.
