Riced Vegetable Confetti Blend

A colorful blend of riced cauliflower, orange and yellow carrots and zucchini.

Cauliflower, Orange Carrots, Yellow Carrots, Broccoli, Zucchini.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
Skillet
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add frozen confetti blend. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes or until heated through, stirring often.

Microwave
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

Place frozen confetti blend into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Stir once halfway through cook time.

Steamer

Place frozen confetti blend in a 2-4 inch hotel pan. Cover with plastic film and aluminum foil. Place holes in foil to allow venting. Steam 8-10 minutes or until heated through. Stir before serving.
