Ingredients to be proud of!

Grain and Bean Blend (Water, Organic Brown Rice, Organic White Quinoa, Organic Red Quinoa, White Beans), Organic Kale, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
Stovetop
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

HEAT a large (14-in.) non-stick skillet over HIGH heat. ADD 1 bag (2.5 lbs) of frozen product to skillet with 3/4 cup water. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until temperature registers 165F, stirring occasionally.

Microwave
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

Place 1 lb (about 4 cups) into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165F. Stir before serving.
