Pulse Mélange Hummus
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
4 1/2 cups (½ bag) Path of Life Pulse Mélange
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup warm water
Salt and Pepper, to taste (optional)
Cook Pulse Mélange according to package directions. Cool completely.
Combine Pulse Mélange, tahini, olive oil and water in a food processor. Process until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
