Pistachio-Pomegranate Pilaf &

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) of Path of Life Saffron Rice Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 Green Onions, thinkly sliced
  • ¼ cup toasted, chopped Pistachios
  • 1 can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss gently to combine. Serve with lemon or orange wedges, if desired.
