Quinoa & Brown Rice Herb Salad &

Ingredients

  • 1 bag 2.5 lbs (9 cups, frozen) Path of Life (almost) Scratch Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups diced fresh tomato
  • 1 cup fresh herbs such as cilantro, parsley or torn basil leaves

instructions

  1. Cook Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend according to package instructions. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend, onion, tomato and cilantro in a large mixing bowl. Mix
    well and divide into four serving bowls.
