COOKING IS SIMPLE!
1 Bag (40 oz.) Path of Life Saffron Rice Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
32 oz Feta Cheese
2 Cups Sour Cream
½ Cup + 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
8 Pita Breads cut into 8 triangles each and toasted, if desired
Combine the feta, sour cream, and ½ cup olive oil in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl with a spatula. Drizzle with the remaining tbsp oil.
Place the Saffron Rice Blend in a bowl and set on a platter or board along with the whipped feta. Arrange the remaining ingredients around the bowls and serve.
