  • 1 cup chopped, cooked bacon

  1. Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add eggs. Cook 1 minute per side or
    until desired doneness.
  2. Meanwhile, cook Deep Roots Quinoa according to package instructions. Divide into four serving
    bowls. Top each with one egg and sprinkle evenly with bacon.
