Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
with Olive Oil & Roasted Garlic

This lowly cruciferous vegetable just took center stage. We gave it some flair and flavor, and made it a star! Our simple cauliflower blend boasts some seriously bold attitude when all dressed up with roasted garlic and parsley. Roasted Garlic Cauliflower. Move over broccoli.

Chef's Tip!
Great substitute for mashed potatoes - just mash it with some cream!

Cauliflower, Olive Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Salt.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
Stovetop
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

HEAT a large (14-in.) non-stick skillet over HIGH heat. ADD 1 bag (2.5 lbs) of frozen product to skillet with 3/4 cup water. Cover and cook 9-11 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165F, stirring occasionally.

Microwave
Gently massage bag to break apart frozen contents.

Place 1 lb (about 4 1/4 cups) of frozen product into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165F, stirring halfway.
